Samuel Bonnet

Super minimalist, well above… yes. Much more to be seen by Samuel Bonnet however. Nice!

Firekites - AUTUMN STORY - chalk animation
Amazing chalk animation by Lucinda Schreiber and Yanni Kronenberg.

“Swedish Photographer, Knotan shoots in a realistic more Terry Richardsonesque skate trashy style - Famous in the Northern Europe, his style is sexy, fashionable, funny and intriguing at the same time - Knotan has already worked with an impressive list of cutting edge magazines that he’s been commissioned by Pap, Bon International, Nöjesguiden and People Magazine to name but a few.”

I know that Andreas actually wrote about swedish graphic designer Filip Kleremark’s work a while ago. But just now I found out that he’s the one who has been doing the beautiful artwork for one of my favourite labels Rollerboys Recordings.
And as a bonus I will recommend Bogdan Irkük a.k.a. Bulgari’s mixes.

Swedish design and engineering studio Teenage Engineering are doing some pretty darn stylish stuff. Currently in the work is the pocket synth OP-1 that from the looks of it seems to be official Star Wars merchandise. It’s not. But great looking either way!
Also take a look at Absolut Machines, an engineering event/campaign/installation with Teenage Engineering’s artificial choir Absolut Choir in it.

This movie, built with data collected during the European Space Agency’s Huygens probe on Jan. 14, 2005, shows the operation of the Descent Imager/Spectral Radiometer camera during its descent and after touchdown. The camera was funded by NASA.
The almost four-hour-long operation of the camera is shown in less than five minutes. That’s 40 times the actual speed up to landing and 100 times the actual speed thereafter.

Two french graphics designer Mathilde + Christine have just released their new site, lovely work.
Thanks Johan!
